I started bartending in 2008 and I hated it. I had no idea what I was doing, the customers were mean, and I eventually quit. A few years later, after some personal growth and personality changing, I tried again. Loved it. I became impassioned and wanted to learn more and more. I took courses, studied, bought books and learned. I got a job in a liquor store just so I could be closer to alcohol and learn more. Then, I discovered the unintended side-effect: the oh-so-eventful life and crazy stories I could share.
